All traditional crafts are made to order and are produced upon receipt of an order.
Therefore, we do not accept any cancellations after your order.
We will accept returns or exchanges of defective merchandise only if we are notified within 7 days of receipt of your order.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us from the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of this page and provide us with your name, the item you ordered, the condition of the item, and your order number.
As soon as we confirm the contents of your email, we will exchange or return the item(s) at our expense.
In addition, in case of accidents such as damage during shipping or wrong product, we will exchange the product at our expense.

When we are unable to accept returns

伝統工芸品は、オーダーを受けてからの制作となりすべて受注生産となります。
よって、お申込み後のキャンセルは受けつけておりません。
ご注文後、お届けした商品に不良があった場合につきましては、商品到着後７日以内にご連絡頂いたものに限り、返品・交換をお受けいたします。
返品、交換をご希望の場合は、ページ下部の「お問い合わせ」より「お名前・ご注文商品・商品の状態・ご注文番号」をご連絡いただくようお願い致します。
弊社よりメール内容の確認が取れ次第、送料を弊社負担にて商品の交換、返品のご対応をさせていただきます。
また、配送途中の破損などの事故、商品違い等に関しても、同様に送料を弊社負担の上、商品の交換の手続きをとらせていただきます。
